Our photographers have extensive photographic experience, are fully qualified photographers, experience working with children and are fully CRB checked. We hold full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. We can shoot either using portable studio lights and a backdrop or we can capture more natural images of the children by photographing them as they play. As we always work together we normally shoot both these styles, allowing variety for parents to choose from



How long until the proof packs will be returned back to the nursery?

We aim to return proof packs back to the nursery within two weeks



​How long until parents receive their orders?

Orders are returned to the nursery within two weeks of the collection of orders



What happens if a parent misses the order date?

We are happy to accept orders direct from parents and prints will then be sent back direct to the parent (at an additional cost to the parent)



How long to you keep photos?

We keep photos indefinitely



Who owns the copyright on the photos?

Little Jems Photography owns the copyright.photogrpahs may not be copied or reproduced in any form without our written permission, The exception to this is if you purchase images on CD - this grants you a license to print and reproduce the images as many times as you like for your owhn personal use



When will the nursery receive their commission?

We will pay your commission once all orders have been received and fulfilled
